Terms of Service

1. Who we are
QrewTime ("we", "us") operates a platform connecting hosted-entertainment products — quiz, karaoke, bingo, DJ, live performance, and entertainment-business management tools — through a single account. We are based in South Africa and these Terms are governed by South African law.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to create an account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid products and bundles are billed in South African Rand (ZAR) and processed by our payment provider, Paystack. Each payment covers one billing period (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) — it is a single charge for that period, not an automatically recurring charge. Continued access after a period ends requires returning to checkout before or after expiry; we do not currently charge your payment method again automatically. Where a 14-day free trial applies, no payment is taken until you choose to subscribe. You can cancel or simply not renew at any time from your account settings. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Organisations and teams
Subscriptions and product access can belong to an organisation rather than only an individual account. Organisation owners and administrators are responsible for who they invite and the access they grant within their organisation.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access accounts, organisations, or data that aren't yours, disrupting sessions for other attendees, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Hosts and performers
Hosts and performers are responsible for the content and conduct of the sessions they run. We may suspend or remove an account from the platform for violating these Terms or behaving inappropriately toward attendees.
7. Intellectual property
The QrewTime name, branding, and platform are our property. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as profile information), and grant us a licence to use it to operate the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that products or sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim arose.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
